Our reconditioned parts are fully refurbished, tested and come with

one years warranty where applicable. 

You need to send us your old part, before we can despatch the replacement to you, unless you’ve opted for the urgent replacement service.

Buying Options For Exchange Service:

Option 1: Non urgent:-

We will not send the replacement Item(s) before we receive your old part. Please send your old item to the below address, Don’t forget to add your full name, address, order details and contact telephone number so we can identify who the package is from.

Option 2 ParcelForce 24: Urgent Replacement

(£60 fully refundable deposit)

If you need the item urgently, then you need to pay an extra £60 deposit on top of the price of the item shown. Please change the shipping method upon checkout to Parcelforce24. We will then ship out your order before receipt of your old part if payment is made within our delivery terms.

How to claim deposit:

You need to claim your deposit within 30 days of purchasing the item, To do this please send your old item to the below address, please add your full name, address, order details and contact telephone number. If details are not added then this will cause a delay in receiving the £60 deposit refund.

If you paid deposit by PayPal we will refund the deposit to your PayPal account if you paid via card then paypal will refund your deposit back onto your account, please allow 5-7 working days for card refunds to appear on your account.

If your old part is water damaged or burnt beyond repair, your deposit may not be refunded.

Warranty:

All reconditioned parts come with a 1 year warranty, we do not extend warranty after the 1 year period.

When you claim under warranty you must send your faulty part first and we will check if parts are actually faulty, if so we will replace it under the warranty period. (buyer pays return postage)

Shipping:

We offer a free next day delivery service for UK and mainland areas if order is placed using the urgent despatch service, Orders placed after 2.00pm Monday to Friday will get shipped the next working day. If you live Offshore and in the Highlands, we charge £20 postage. If you’re purchasing from outside of the UK please contact us for postage options.

Note: When you return faulty parts costumer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge a 25% restocking fee.

Any unwanted items need to be returned within 30 days of date purchased.
